    The video is okay, but I would prefer to see more beginner workouts. This is obviously someone who has been working with kettlebells a while. (And maybe something that doesn’t include women at the beach.)

    Thanks for the feedback. Since we’re just getting started, I wanted to post something that would be a good match for a variety of fitness levels to be of interest to more readers. You’ll definitely see more beginner tutorials on the site as we progress.

    As for the beach scene, I just wanted to show how kettlebells can improve fitness and help you achieve all of your fitness goals.
